Preparation of hull cell panel surface prior to plating test

HULL M00 Polished + Plastic Tape / Film
HULL K00 Polished + Plastic Tape / Film

1. Prepare all test equipment, cell, leads, chemistry, controller, etc.
2. Remove plastic film and inspect panel surface.
3. Use an approved acrylic adhesive remover,
   ZEP Big Orange solution recommend by the tape manufacturer.
4. Anodic electro clean, Alkaline.
5. Rinse with warm water.
6. Activator. Acidic.
7. Rinse with water
8. Commence plating test within 30 seconds of activation.

Preferably 4 to 7 as per your own actual plating line setup.

NB: A slight colour difference may be present on the Cathodes after preparation is complete – This will not affect the Test Results of the Plating Solution.
